This Privacy Policy governs how Quickly or any of our subsidiaries or affiliates (“Quickly”, “we”, “our” or “us”), use Personal Information (defined below) that we collect, receive and store about visitors and users (as defined in the Term of Service) in connection with the use of: (i) the website www.helloquickly.com, and any other website that we operate (each, together with its sub-domains, applications, content and services, a “Site”); and (ii) Early Payment Service (defined in Terms of Service). The Site and the Service are individually and collectively referred to herein as the “Services”. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized words shall have the meanings assigned to such terms set forth in the Quickly Terms of Service, which incorporates this Privacy Policy.

2. Information we collect.

We collect information that is personally identifiable such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number(s), repayment track record, bank accounts, accounting information and any other information you may provide (collectively, “Personal Information”) when you fill out a form on the website or choose to connect a third party website or service (each a “Third Party Account”) to link your Quickly Account and your Third Party Account.

You may also be required to provide us with certain information about your business and personnel (collectively, “Business Information”), which may include information about yourself or your business personnel.

When you contact us by email, we collect your email address and any information contained in that email.

We may make use of log files. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, clicked pages and any other information your browser may send to us. We may use such information to analyze trends, administer the Services, track user’s movement around the Services, and gather demographic information.

Please be aware that any failure to provide requested information may preclude your business from being approved for the Early Payment Service.

To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs)
To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website based on the information and feedback we receive from you)
To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)
To send periodic promotional or information emails
To share with credit agencies such as Equifax, TransUnion, Dun & Bradstreet or others for the purpose of understanding credit worthiness of you and other businesses like yours

The Personal Information you provide may be used to provide you with information and updates pertaining to Early Payments or Services you participate in, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, phone calls or other communication from Quickly, simply email us at support@helloquickly.com and we will remove you from our distributions.

4. Protection of your Information.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. We have implemented commercially reasonable and appropriate physical, electronic and management processes and procedures to safeguard and secure any information that we collect. Although Quickly takes all precautions to safeguard any Personal Information collected, it cannot fully eliminate security risks associated with Personal Information and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access to your information will never occur.

5. Use of Cookies.

Any links to third party websites from the Quickly Website are meant for your convenience only and do not in any way signify an endorsement by Quickly of those websites, companies or content. Quickly’s Privacy Policy does not apply to these outside websites.

By visiting and using the Website, and/or using the Services available through the Website, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy. You also consent to our website’s Terms of Service, including this Privacy Policy.

The security of Personal Information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards, including the use of appropriate administrative, physical and technical safeguards, to protect the Personal Information submitted to us.
